Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g biscuits (cookies), of your choice
  • 200 g margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 g egg liqueur
  • n. B. Chocolate coating
  • n. B. Streusel
  • e.g. fat and flour or breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Crush the cookies in a mixer. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the egg liqueur, margarine, and vanilla sugar. Beat again until frothy. The longer you stir, the fluffier the cake will be. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix. Grease the Bundt pan and dust with flour or breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50-60 minutes. If you like, you can cover the cake with chocolate coating and sprinkles.
