Cooking: Vegetable Turkey Pan

The perfect cooking: vegetable turkey pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Turkey breast
  • 2 Fresh shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Pointed peppers green
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  1. Wash the meat and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop shallots and garlic. Peel the bell pepper, remove the seeds and the membranes and cut into small pieces. Peel the carrot, quarter it lengthways and cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the meat first, then after a few minutes the vegetables and spices. Braise everything together.
  3. Now put a lid on the pan, set the stove to the lowest setting and let it cook for about 25-30 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid, turn off the stove and when it is no longer simmering, stir in the creme fraiche.
  5. As a side dish, we had rag pickert cut into bite-sized pieces.
