Ingredients
- 600 g Cottage - cottage cheese
- 250 g Quark double cream
- 200 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 1 Chopped onion
- 3 Toes Garlic fresh
- 5 Pickled olives
- 2 tsp Oregano (wild marjoram)
- 2 tsp Hot pepper
- 1 tsp Sa'Atar
- 1 tbsp Salça (Turkish tomato paste)
Instructions
- Chop the onion and press the garlic. Beat the quark with a fork until creamy. dice the sheep's cheese.
- Add the whipped quark, spices and olives to the kofl / onion mixture and mix well. Now add the cottage cheese and mix.
- fold in the sheep's cheese cubes + tomato paste and season to taste again. Let it steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
