Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Cottage - cottage cheese
  • 250 g Quark double cream
  • 200 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 3 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 5 Pickled olives
  • 2 tsp Oregano (wild marjoram)
  • 2 tsp Hot pepper
  • 1 tsp Sa'Atar
  • 1 tbsp Salça (Turkish tomato paste)

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion and press the garlic. Beat the quark with a fork until creamy. dice the sheep's cheese.
  • Add the whipped quark, spices and olives to the kofl / onion mixture and mix well. Now add the cottage cheese and mix.
  • fold in the sheep's cheese cubes + tomato paste and season to taste again. Let it steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
