Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
For the cups it is best to use coffee cups, for coffee mugs the batter will be a little thicker – you can do it however you like. Simply mix the ingredients for the batter with a hand mixer. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Then let the batter cool slightly (but it should still be slightly warm). While the batter is cooling, cook the pudding as usual (with 500 ml milk and 1 tbsp sugar). Spread the pudding onto the batter. Put the desiccated coconut, butter and sugar in a saucepan and melt the sugar and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread this mixture onto the not yet completely cooled pudding.
