Country Quiche
The perfect country quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 200 g Cooked ham in cubes
- 90 g Bacon cubes
- 10 Pc. Eggs
- 285 g Canned corn
- 3 Pc Diced tomatoes
- 1 Pc Sliced tomato
- 125 g Grated cheese
- 1 bunch Chives
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 Pc Red hot peppers in cubes
- 1 Pc. Yellow peppers in cubes
- 5 Pc. Brown champion
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Onion, peppers (possibly peel), 3 tomatoes (possibly peel), finely dice
- Braise the ham, bacon and onions, Champion – let cool down briefly
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, pitted tomatoes, chives, chives, corn, sautéed onions, champion, ham and diced bacon, cheese and cream to the mixture and whisk well.
- Put the whole mass in a high frying pan (28 diameter) and let it harden very slowly.
- Then bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for about 20 minutes (until the mixture is completely thickened)
- Finally place the tomato slices on top, add salt and place in the oven for another 5 minutes. If you feel like it, you can add some cheese to it.
