Country Quiche

The perfect country quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cooked ham in cubes
  • 90 g Bacon cubes
  • 10 Pc. Eggs
  • 285 g Canned corn
  • 3 Pc Diced tomatoes
  • 1 Pc Sliced ​​tomato
  • 125 g Grated cheese
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 Pc Red hot peppers in cubes
  • 1 Pc. Yellow peppers in cubes
  • 5 Pc. Brown champion
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Onion, peppers (possibly peel), 3 tomatoes (possibly peel), finely dice
  1. Braise the ham, bacon and onions, Champion – let cool down briefly
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, pitted tomatoes, chives, chives, corn, sautéed onions, champion, ham and diced bacon, cheese and cream to the mixture and whisk well.
