Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g couscous
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- herbs, Italian
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 bunch lemon balm
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
vegetarian
Pour hot water over the couscous and let it swell. Chop the radishes, herbs, and feta. Add the herbs, spices, feta, and radishes to the couscous. Mix the vinegar, sugar, and oil and pour over the couscous.
