Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 1 tbsp cranberries, dried
- 1 tbsp peppercorns, pink, or more as needed
- n. B. Salt
Instructions

simple and delicious
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in good time so it’s nice and soft. Crush the peppercorns in a mortar and pestle and add them to the butter. Next, chop the cranberries either in a blender or with a chopping knife. Finally, mix everything well and add salt to taste. Store in a container and refrigerate. Perfect with a steak or just on bread.
