Cream cheese and tomato dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 5 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche or crème fine
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems. Peel the garlic clove. Cut the tomatoes into large chunks and place them in a mixing bowl with the garlic, crème fraîche, and cream cheese. Puree everything and stir in salt and pepper to taste. It goes well with vegetable sticks or simply as a snack.
