Ingredients
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 3 Free range eggs
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Spelt flour 630
- 6 tbsp Satsumasmus from our own production)
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese with the eggs and sugar.
- Stir in lemon juice and flour.
- Put the dough in an 18 cm greased dish.
- Spread the satsumasmus with a tablespoon.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C with fan for about 35 minutes.
