Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 3 Free range eggs
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Spelt flour 630
  • 6 tbsp Satsumasmus from our own production)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese with the eggs and sugar.
  • Stir in lemon juice and flour.
  • Put the dough in an 18 cm greased dish.
  • Spread the satsumasmus with a tablespoon.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C with fan for about 35 minutes.
