Milk Noodles Dessert

The perfect milk noodles dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Fruit purée:

  • 800 ml Milk
  • 2 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch, with 400 ml. Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Vanilla pod, ground
  • 2 tbsp Quark lean
  • 5 Pc. Peaches
  • 5 Pc. Plums, light
  • 1 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 200 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
  1. Bring the milk to the boil with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Add the noodles and only let the noodles swell over the lowest heat, do not boil violently. Then let it cool down.
  2. Mix the cornstarch, egg yolks and sugar with a little milk well. Bring the 400 ml. Milk with vanilla pod to the boil and stir in the mixture. The pudding is ready, let it cool down in the same way.
  3. Now mix the swollen milk noodles, quark and pudding together.
  4. Wash and core the fruit, cut small pieces and cook with a cup of water, sugar and cinnamon until soft. Let cool down. The dessert tastes best if you put everything in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  5. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and serve in layers.
