Ingredients
- 200 g Pure goat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Pickled cranberries from the jar, chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Chopped red pepper
- 1 Clove of garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 0,5 tsp Sea salt after gusto
Instructions
- Stir the goat cream cheese with the sour cream to a creamy mixture .. very finely chop the cranberries from the glass, as well as onions, paprika and garlic .. add to the cream cheese .. season with salt and cayenne .. mix everything well.
- This cream tastes best on pumpernickel and was my very tasty dinner today with a glass of champagne .. delicious!
