Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Goat cream cheese
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g Cream
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0,5 tsp Fresh chopped rosemary
  • 0,5 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into fine cubes.
  • Mix the goat's cream cheese, cream cheese, cream, honey and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Squeeze garlic.
  • Stir in the rosemary, thyme and the onion cubes.
  • Season the dip with salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey to taste slightly sweet.
  • Decorate with a little thymine and serve.
