Ingredients
- 150 g Goat cream cheese
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 Red Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 50 g Cream
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0,5 tsp Fresh chopped rosemary
- 0,5 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into fine cubes.
- Mix the goat's cream cheese, cream cheese, cream, honey and lemon juice until smooth.
- Squeeze garlic.
- Stir in the rosemary, thyme and the onion cubes.
- Season the dip with salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey to taste slightly sweet.
- Decorate with a little thymine and serve.
