Creamy Fish Ragout

The perfect creamy fish ragout recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Skinless salmon fillet
  • 300 g Cod fillet
  • 80 g Shrimp peeled deveined
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp White wine
  • 1 tbsp Chopped dill
  • 250 g Cream
  • 1 tbsp Oil for frying
  • Salt from the mill
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the fish into cubes and drizzle with the lemon juice along with the prawns.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the fish cubes and the prawns in it. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour in the cream and white wine and add the dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
