Creamy Fish Ragout
The perfect creamy fish ragout recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Skinless salmon fillet
- 300 g Cod fillet
- 80 g Shrimp peeled deveined
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 1 tbsp Chopped dill
- 250 g Cream
- 1 tbsp Oil for frying
- Salt from the mill
- Pepper
- Cut the fish into cubes and drizzle with the lemon juice along with the prawns.
- Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the fish cubes and the prawns in it. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in the cream and white wine and add the dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
