Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g mushrooms
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp paprika powder, smoked
- some caraway
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 200 g tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 150 g cheese, grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Clean the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and fry them in a separate pan. Brown the minced meat with the spices and finely chopped garlic in a separate pan. Add the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms to the minced meat. Bring to a boil briefly. Remove the pan from the heat after 5 minutes, then mix with the cream cheese. Transfer everything to a baking dish, spread the sour cream on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) or 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
