Creamy Obazda

The perfect creamy obazda recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 200 g Camembert
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Knife point Smoked peppers
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • Cumin
  1. Peel the onion and dice it. Cut the camembert into small pieces and lightly puree with butter and cream cheese (pieces may still be visible).
  1. Season with smoked paprika, caraway seeds, paprika powder, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
  1. Mix in the parsley and onion and let the obazda steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
