Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 200 g Camembert
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Knife point Smoked peppers
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and dice it. Cut the camembert into small pieces and lightly puree with butter and cream cheese (pieces may still be visible).
  • Season with smoked paprika, caraway seeds, paprika powder, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Mix in the parsley and onion and let the obazda steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
