Ingredients
- 200 g Herbal cream cheese
- 200 g Camembert
- 50 g Butter
- 1 Onion
- 1 Knife point Smoked peppers
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Chopped parsley until smooth
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
- Cumin
Instructions
- Peel the onion and dice it. Cut the camembert into small pieces and lightly puree with butter and cream cheese (pieces may still be visible).
- Season with smoked paprika, caraway seeds, paprika powder, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Mix in the parsley and onion and let the obazda steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
