Creamy – spicy potato salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 potatoes, boiled, peeled
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the potatoes and egg into pieces and mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce (I like to use a lot of paprika powder to make it nice and spicy). The salad tastes good both hot and cold.
