Ingredients

  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Can Whole milk
  • 250 g Sugar for caramel
  • 250 g Sugar for sugar lattices

Instructions

  • Put the sweetened condensed milk in a bowl, pour whole milk into the can and add. Add the 3 eggs. Mix everything well with the mixer and let rest for the rest of the preparation.

Sugar lattice

  • For the sugar lattice, caramelize the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, and allow to cool a little. Spread out a piece of baking paper, dip a fork in the sugar mixture and quickly draw lines from left to right and then from bottom to top over the baking paper and let them cool. (Caution! Do not touch, this will cause blisters!)

caramel

  • Caramelize the sugar for the caramel in a dropper over medium heat, stirring constantly (with a spoon) and let cool a little. Place the caramel in 5 small (ovenproof) molds and immediately pour the egg-milk mixture over them. Place the filled molds in a water bath and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool, then put in the fridge and turn out onto a plate before serving. Break off 5 beautiful pieces from the sugar lattice and garnish the dessert with them.
