Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • some oil for the pan
  • some pepper
  • extra chives
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan. Then add the feta cheese to the pan and melt, stirring constantly. Once the cheese is completely melted, slowly add the egg to the pan while stirring continuously. Allow the egg to set. The dish will have a grainier texture than scrambled eggs. When the dish is ready, garnish with pepper and chives on the plate and serve with something like Greek white bread, wheat rolls, or ciabatta.
