Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 carrots
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- 4 tsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Asian Style
Peel the carrots and cucumber and grate them into sticks. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat until fragrant. Mix all ingredients and let them sit for a moment.
