Cucumber – Apple – Salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of whipping cream or Cremefine
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 6 mint leaves, possibly less
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Salt and pepper, white from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

wonderfully refreshing

Dice the cucumber, season with salt, and let it stand for 10 minutes. Drain the cucumber water. Dice the apple. Whip the cream until semi-soft. Mix the cucumber, apple, and cream, season with salt, pepper, sugar, and apple cider vinegar, and season to taste. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
