Currant Cake with Sprinkles.

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 400 g Red currant fresh

Streusel:

  • 150 g Sifted flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon

Fresh from my garden:
