Currant Cake with Sprinkles.

Batter:
- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 5 Pc. Eggs
- 1 pinch Bio lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 300 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 400 g Red currant fresh
Streusel:
- 150 g Sifted flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
Fresh from my garden:
- Picked currants this morning, washed, plucked, then weighed.
Batter:
- Stir butter and sugar until foamy, stir in eggs twice.
