Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Curry Mango Tofu
  • 1 Onion
  • 25 g Fresh ginger
  • 300 g Zucchini green
  • 200 g Zucchini yellow
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 0,5 tsp Tandori Masala spice mix with: cardamom, tomato powder, paprika, cumin, garlic, mace, ginger, turmeric, allspice, chilli, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, bay leaves

Instructions
