Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil (e.g. peanut or sesame oil)
  • 70 g cheese, grated Emmental or Gouda
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • 1 tbsp tarragon
  • 3 tsp, leveled curry
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

prepared in an electric table steamer, but can also be fried

Mix everything thoroughly, then form 12 balls using an ice cream scoop and wet hands. Place in the steamer and steam for approximately 20 minutes according to the instructions. If you cook the side dishes simultaneously in the other steamers, the cooking time will increase accordingly. Alternatively, the meatballs can also be prepared in a pan. Then there’s no need to add any oil to the meat mixture.
