Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • ½ m.-sized onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the rice in plenty of salted water according to the instructions. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion. Once the rice is cooked, drain it. Let the rice drain for a few minutes to maintain the desired consistency. Sauté the diced onion in a pan until translucent, then add the rice. Sauté everything thoroughly, seasoning with curry powder.
