Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g rice
- salt water
- 5 g curry powder
- 5 g curry powder (Thai curry)
- 5 g turmeric
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a pan and then add the spices. They should be slightly hot, but not burnt. Then add the cooked rice and mix well. Cook the rice with the spices over medium heat until lightly browned, allowing some of the moisture to escape. Do not let it burn! Add salt and pepper to taste.
