Dark Apricot Crossies

The perfect dark apricot crossies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 15 g Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Rum
  • 100 g Dried apricots
  • 2 tbsp Cornflakes
  • 2 tbsp Hazelnuts
  • 3 Handful Choco crispies
  1. Cut the apricots and raisins into large pieces and let them steep with the rum. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a warm water bath.
  1. Stir all ingredients into the liquid chocolate. Everything should be covered with chocolate. Use two teaspoons to put small heaps next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them dry.
