Dark Apricot Crossies
The perfect dark apricot crossies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 15 g Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Rum
- 100 g Dried apricots
- 2 tbsp Cornflakes
- 2 tbsp Hazelnuts
- 3 Handful Choco crispies
- Cut the apricots and raisins into large pieces and let them steep with the rum. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a warm water bath.
- Stir all ingredients into the liquid chocolate. Everything should be covered with chocolate. Use two teaspoons to put small heaps next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them dry.
