  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 80 g Dates without stones
  • 130 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 40 g Teff flakes or flour
  • 60 g Ground nuts, e.g. Hazelnuts
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0,5 tsp Cardamom

  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Crushed flaxseed
  • 80 g Liquid coconut oil

  • Briefly knead / mix all ingredients in the food processor to form a dough. Shape walnut-sized balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press flat with a fork.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees circulating air (or 200 degrees top / bottom heat) for about 15 - 17 minutes. Then let it cool down and store it in an airtight container.
