Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of bread (whole grain rye crispbread)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Spread the whole-grain rye crispbread thinly with butter, then spread it with low-fat quark. Season the quark with salt and pepper. Wash the spring onions and slice them into small rings. Trim and wash the radishes and slice them thinly, then place the slices with the spring onions on the quark bread. Wash and finely chop the chives and sprinkle them on the quark bread.
