Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ large onion(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 300g tofu
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup of rice (coffee cup)
- 1 egg(s)
- some chili powder
- turmeric
- Soy sauce
- Honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pat the tofu dry with kitchen towels and fry. Then add the finely sliced onion, chopped ginger, and garlic and fry briefly. Finally, add the diced bell pepper and season with chili and a little turmeric. Season with soy sauce and honey. Meanwhile, wash the rice and cook it with one and a half cups of water and a little salt. Then add the rice to the pan and mix well. Finally, make a hole in the rice in the center of the pan, crack the egg and add it, season again with a little soy sauce and honey, and stir everything together.
