Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 300g tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup of rice (coffee cup)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some chili powder
  • turmeric
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pat the tofu dry with kitchen towels and fry. Then add the finely sliced ​​onion, chopped ginger, and garlic and fry briefly. Finally, add the diced bell pepper and season with chili and a little turmeric. Season with soy sauce and honey. Meanwhile, wash the rice and cook it with one and a half cups of water and a little salt. Then add the rice to the pan and mix well. Finally, make a hole in the rice in the center of the pan, crack the egg and add it, season again with a little soy sauce and honey, and stir everything together.
