Ingredients
For the yogurt cream:
- 1 kg Greek yogurt
- 300 g Mascarpone
- 6 Pc. Whipped cream
- 400 g Strawberries
- 300 g Blueberries
- 300 g Blueberries
- Honey
- Brittle splinters
- Walnuts
- Cashews
- Almonds
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
For the limoncello ice cream:
- 5 Pc. Vanilla ice cream balls
- 15 cl Limoncello
- 5 Pc. Frozen mint leaves
Instructions
Yogurt cream
- Combine the yoghurt and mascarpone and mix well. Crush the whipped cream and stir into the cream. Puree the berries, honey and brittle to make a mousse.
- Pour the yogurt cream into a glass, put a layer of berry mousse on top and again layer the yogurt cream on top. Caramelize the nuts in a pan with honey and brown sugar. Finally, put the top layer of yogurt cream on top.
- Limoncello ice cream
- Put the vanilla ice cream in a dessert bowl, stick the frozen peppermint leaves in the ice cream and pour the limoncello over the ice cream.
