Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta (Greek Kritharaki), cooked
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
- 4 peppers, spicy pickled
- 2 tsp basil, frozen
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g feta cheese with pepper
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
with pepperoni and feta
Wash, dry, and finely chop the peppers and tomatoes. Chop the chili peppers as well. Place the cooked kritharaki in a bowl and mix thoroughly with the chopped vegetables, oil, salt, basil, and a little of the pepper broth. Let it all simmer for about an hour. Dice the cheese and sprinkle it over the salad, then serve it with grilled or pan-fried meat or fish.
