Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp, leveled cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sugar, brown
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the noodles. Combine the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl. Add the butter to a pan over medium heat and add the cayenne pepper. Heat until the butter bubbles slightly, then add the eggs and mix. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Add the bowl of sauce and toss over medium heat until the moisture has evaporated.
