Dragon's Dill Beans

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can of beans (green beans)
  • 30 g dill, finely chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some butter
  • some flour
  • 1 tbsp soup seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beans with dill

Strain the green beans and rinse thoroughly. Heat a little butter and briefly roast the green beans. Add dill and enough water to cover the beans. Simmer over low heat. In another pan, make a roux and stir it into the green beans. Simmer for a few more minutes and season with salt, pepper, and soup seasoning. Before serving, stir in half a cup of sour cream and season again. This goes very well with fried potatoes.
