Beat softened butter until peaks form. Add eggs and mix in. Mix sugar, cane sugar, and vanilla sugar into the mixture. Add melted chocolate and mix well. Add flour and baking powder while continuing to beat. Mix oats and nuts into the mixture. Pour the sticky mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread evenly to a thickness of about 1 cm. Bake at 220°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes on a medium heat (test with a skewer halfway through). Let the cake cool. Melt the white chocolate. Make a piping bag from a small plastic bag (cut off a corner), fill it with chocolate, and use it to decorate the cake. Decorate with colored sugar pearls if desired. Cut the cake into small rectangles. And voilà, the bunnies have become delicious brownies.
