Ingredients
 

Hot fries:

  • 3 piece Potatoes, cut into strips
  • 5 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

supplemented by:

  • 1 piece Fry egg, fresh, in the middle
  • 1 disc Cheese, torn

also:

  • 1 tbsp Grill sauce or ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potatoes yourself into strips, deep-fry in the oil and clarified butter (wok, pan) and use the spatula a couple of times to fry them into perfect golden-brown french fries. When the fries are hot, season and throw in the fresh egg in the middle of the fries to fry. Quickly pluck the cheese slices and place over them and bake them briefly.
  • Serve the whole thing on a serving plate as an egg nest with red sauce or mayonnaise.
