Egg salad with ham and asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 1 can of asparagus
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • some vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Chop the eggs, ham, asparagus, and tomatoes and mix together. Combine the mayonnaise, cream, mustard, and vinegar and gently fold in. Let it sit for a few hours.
