Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar, to taste
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Low in calories and very quick – only with yogurt
Hard-boil the eggs. Pour the yogurt into a saucepan. Add the mustard, salt, and sugar, and heat everything together. Add the peeled eggs to the sauce. Serve with boiled or skin-on potatoes.
