Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 liters of water
- 15 elderflower umbels
- 500 g sugar
- ½ cup vinegar, simple
- 1 lemon(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Let it steep for 24 hours and then strain. Bottle and store in a cool, dry place. Enjoy within 1 week, after which the lemonade will ferment. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little sugar or honey.
