Elderflower Liqueur

Ingredients
 

  • 15 size Elderflower umbels
  • 1 bottle Good vodka
  • 150 g Rock sugar, white
  • 1 Untreated lemon

Instructions
 

  • Shake out the flower umbels (because of small animals)
  • Pluck or cut flowers from the umbels.
  • Stuff in a large bottle (preferably a milk bottle)
  • Wash the lemon and cut into small pieces.
  • Put candy on top (if you like it sweeter take 200 g candy) and pour vodka to the brim.
  • Tighten the cover.
  • 4 - 6 weeks let stand, shake occasionally.
  • Filter through and then enjoy.
  • But be careful, this stuff is not without it! ! !
  • You can also use grain or white rum for the liqueur.
