Eles summer quark with boiled potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¾ kg quark, 20%
  • 1 can/n corn kernels
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled,
  • 2 bunches of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly milk or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Herb curd variation

Finely chop the herbs and garlic, dice the eggs, mix with the corn and quark, and season with salt and pepper. If the quark is too thick, simply stir in a little milk or cream. Serve with fresh boiled potatoes, with or without skin. It also tastes great with shaved radishes or cucumber (remove the seeds, otherwise it will be watery).
