Exotic Chocolate Cheesecake
The perfect exotic chocolate cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 140 g Butter
- 5 piece Eggs
- 140 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 180 g Flour
- 70 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 3 piece Banana
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 2 tbsp Custard powder
- 50 g Desiccated coconut
- Lemon
Chocolate batter
- Roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt it together with 100 g butter in a water bath. Beat three eggs together with a pinch of salt, 120g sugar and vanilla sugar until very frothy. Mash the bananas with a pounder and add to the mixture. Add the chocolate mixture (it mustn’t be too hot, otherwise the egg will curdle) and mix everything briefly. Now add the flour and the chopped hazelnuts. Grease a round springform pan and briefly dust it with flour. Remove approx. 3-4 tbsp of the chocolate dough and set aside. Pour the remaining dough into the mold and smooth it out.
Cheese mix
- Mix the cream cheese, 40 g butter, 20 g sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, a squeeze of lemon, the cornstarch, the vanilla pudding powder, the desiccated coconut and two eggs together. Pour this cheese mixture onto the chocolate dough and then blob the chocolate dough you have set aside onto the cheese mixture, mix a little and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
