Exotic Rice Pudding
The perfect exotic rice pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Rice pudding
- 400 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- 150 ml Water
- 1 piece Cinnamon stick
- 1 piece Vanilla pod
- 1 piece Lemon peel
- Put coconut milk and water in a saucepan. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Put both in the pot. Cinnamon stick and lemon peel as well.
- Bring the whole thing to a boil. Sprinkle with rice pudding. On a low flame 30 min. Let it simmer Stir every now and then.
- Fresh fruits of the season or red fruit go well with it. I got the first fresh currants from the garden with it
