Exotic Rice Pudding

The perfect exotic rice pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Rice pudding
  • 400 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1 piece Cinnamon stick
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 1 piece Lemon peel
  1. Put coconut milk and water in a saucepan. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Put both in the pot. Cinnamon stick and lemon peel as well.
  1. Bring the whole thing to a boil. Sprinkle with rice pudding. On a low flame 30 min. Let it simmer Stir every now and then.
  1. Fresh fruits of the season or red fruit go well with it. I got the first fresh currants from the garden with it
