Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour (wholemeal)
  • 200 g butter
  • 185 g sugar
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • large chocolate (1 large Easter bunny or Santa Claus or as many small ones)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Using leftovers for chocolate Easter bunnies

Preheat oven to 170°C. Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate bunny, and mix with a mixer on high speed until a smooth batter forms. Place the chocolate bunny between two layers of cling film and break it into small pieces using a hammer or meat tenderizer. Thoroughly fold the chocolate chips into the batter. Fill the batter into 18 muffin cups. Stir well every time you scoop the batter out of the bowl, as the chocolate chips will sink to the bottom quickly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
