Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes
- 1 package of feta cheese
- 1 handful of arugula
- 7 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Super delicious and quick pasta salad
First, cook the pasta. I like to make it a few hours in advance and let it cool down. But if you’re in a rush, you can also rinse the pasta in cold water and use it straight away. Chop the spring onions, tomatoes, and cheese and put them in a large bowl. Add a large handful of arugula and mix everything together. You can use more or less arugula if you like. Then add the cooled or rinsed pasta and mix everything together again. For the dressing, put everything in a bowl and mix until smooth, ideally with a whisk. Taste and add a little more mustard or vinegar to taste. Pour it over the pasta salad, mix everything together, and let it cool for a while. My friends and family are crazy about this pasta salad. I always make it for barbecues or raclette dinners. We all think it’s fantastic, and I hope you like it too! Enjoy!
