Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (farfalle)
- 1 bunch of basil
- 300 g zucchini, cut into thin slices
- 4 tomatoes, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 onion(s)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the zucchini and a few basil leaves, and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the tomatoes and cook for another 4 minutes. Cook the pasta and finely chop the remaining basil. Drain the pasta, toss with the vegetables, and serve.
