Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour, gluten-free (flour mix from Schär)
- 50 g virgin, cold-pressed coconut oil
- 60 g raw cane sugar
- 40 g vanilla sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 3 tsp, crushed tartar baking powder (pure tartar baking powder)
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml buttermilk

Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt with a hand mixer until frothy. Then stir in the coconut oil, gradually adding the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the milk and buttermilk and mix all ingredients until smooth. Now preheat the waffle iron and bake the batter in batches into delicious, crispy-soft waffles. Dust them with powdered sugar or serve with vanilla ice cream and hot cherries or raspberries.
