Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 sponge cake
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 8 pieces of confectionery (Ferrero Rocher)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place a cake ring around the sponge cake base. Drain the sour cherries. Make a custard with the cherry juice and sugar. Fold in the cherries and spread it on the base. Let cool. Finely chop the Ferrero Rocher. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener, fold in the Ferrero Rocher. Spread it on top of the cherries in a dome shape. Decorate with a cake comb in a wavy pattern, and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles if desired.
