Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese made from sheep or goat milk
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • some basil, fresh
  • some thyme
  • some oregano
  • some marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

great for grilling or salad

Finely dice the feta cheese, finely chop the basil (and other herbs) and garlic. Then place everything in a bowl, sprinkle with some chili flakes, and stir in the olive oil. Not too much oil, but not too dry either. It’s best to prepare it a day in advance so everything can marinate. Stir thoroughly before serving. It’s a great side dish for a barbecue or simply with a salad.
