Feta snails with pesto rosso

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, rolled up and ready to bake (refrigerated shelf)
  • n. B. Pesto Rosso
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • e.g. sesame
  • n. B. Black cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

uncomplicated and quick – also as an emergency solution…

Unroll the puff pastry and spread with pesto rosso. Finely dice the feta cheese and spread it on top. Roll up from the long side, brush the end with water, and press the seam firmly with a fork. Cut into twelve rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes (refer to your oven’s experience).
