Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- n. B. Oil (lemon oil)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, more if desired
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mash the feta cheese as finely as possible with a fork. Mix it with the lemon oil until creamy (I didn’t measure the exact amount, but it’s not necessary; just use enough to give the cheese a nice, creamy consistency). Add the finely chopped parsley. Press the garlic through a press and stir in. Season with salt and pepper.
